I was like NoOoOoOoOoO when i saw this in the manga, dammit Kubo(<- haha his name) why do you have to make everyone mortally injured.
Anyway yes she is dieing because she has been "run through a spear" (quote from ullquiorra) and is remembering all her freinds, I don't want to explain anymore Watch the damn episode if you want to know!
For those who -unlikeme- watch only the anime, lets hope that she'll be alright
